The electrodes loaded in container are cross-fixed with high-strength nylon straps in all directions (back and forth, left and right), while at the bottom of the load the pallets is fixed with oblique wood wedge to prevent the pallets from moving.
According to our customers' requests, we also could provide other types of packing and loading.

Graphite electrode nipple are used to connect two or more electrodes into a column with the purpose of achieving continuous use of electrodes in the electric arc furnace steelmaking process. The surface of the electrode joint is a conventional external thread, which is an important clamping device to extend the length of the electrode and avoid ineffective consumption during the smelting process.

ZhenAn As a technology manufacturer, we know that the mismatch between the graphite electrode body and the electrode joint will cause the electrode to break during use. This is not only an ineffective consumption during the smelting process, but also increases the carbon content in the molten steel. For these reasons, all electrode nipple are produced in our factory, not purchased.
