The electrodes loaded in container are cross-fixed with high-strength nylon straps in all directions (back and forth, left and right), while at the bottom of the load the pallets is fixed with oblique wood wedge to prevent the pallets from moving.

How Are Graphite Blocks Made?
In its natural form, graphite is grey-black, opaque, and has a metallic sheen. It exhibits both metallic and non-metallic properties, including chemical inertness, high refractoriness, and excellent thermal and electrical conductivity. These unique characteristics arise from its crystal structure, where carbon atoms are arranged in hexagonal rings stacked parallel to each other.
Types of Graphite
There are two main types of graphite:
Natural Graphite: Composed of graphitic carbon with varying degrees of crystallinity.
Synthetic Graphite: Produced from coke and coal tar pitch. Compared to natural graphite, synthetic graphite is less crystalline and contains graphitic carbon formed through a graphitization process.
