Our Factory
After 30 years of continuous innovation and development, the factory has formed a complete carbon production process of calcination, molding, roasting, impregnation, graphitization, machining, etc. It has advanced carbon testing and inspection facilities at home and abroad, and can produce and process Ф100-Ф600mm ordinary power, high power, and ultra-high power graphite electrodes with a production capacity of 150,000 tons/year. The factory has fully mastered the six physical and chemical indicators of graphite electrodes, using resistivity, flexural strength, elastic modulus, and bulk density as quality assessment indicators, and ash content and linear expansion coefficient as reference indicators for production and processing.
