What are the performance characteristics of high-power graphite electrodes?
High-power graphite electrodes can withstand current densities between 18 and 25A/cm², which makes them very suitable for high-power electric arc furnaces for steelmaking. Compared with ordinary power graphite electrodes, high-power graphite electrodes can work stably at higher currents, thereby improving steelmaking efficiency.
