Notes On Using Graphite Electrodes

1. Select the appropriate electrode grade and diameter based on the furnace capacity and transformer load.

2. When charging the furnace, large charge pieces should be placed at the bottom to prevent collapse and breakage of the electrodes. During the smelting process, avoid non-conductive materials such as lime.

3. Avoid large amounts of objects gathering directly under the electrode, as this can affect the electrode's electrical conduction and even cause it to break.
