The electrodes loaded in container are cross-fixed with high-strength nylon straps in all directions (back and forth, left and right), while at the bottom of the load the pallets is fixed with oblique wood wedge to prevent the pallets from moving.
According to our customers' requests, we also could provide other types of packing and loading.

Graphite Electrodes Are Used in Electric Arc Furnaces
Graphite electrode electric arc furnaces are primarily used to produce ferroalloys, pure silicon, yellow phosphorus, matte, calcium carbide, and other materials. The unique characteristic of these furnaces is that the lower part of the conductive electrode is buried in the furnace charge. As a result, heat is generated not only by the arc between the electrode and the furnace charge but also by the resistance of the furnace charge as current passes through it. On average, about 150 kg of graphite electrodes are consumed per ton of silicon produced, and about 40 kg of graphite electrodes are consumed per ton of yellow phosphorus.
