Manufacturing Process of Graphite Electrodes
The manufacturing process of graphite electrodes mainly includes the following steps:
Ingredient Preparation – High-purity graphite powder, binders, conductive agents, and other raw materials are mixed in precise proportions.

Processing – The calcined graphite blanks undergo further machining, such as turning and drilling, to achieve the required shape and dimensions.
